Back to dreaming of Paris!

OK, so I failed miserably in keeping this blog! LOL! But, I just spent an hour hopping blogs and web sites with hotels and tours in Paris, so I am getting my grove on again. I wish I could just win the lottery and then price would not even factor in....but alas, I have not, so price is a motivator. Is anyone out there still on board to join me in this adventure? I know Moly has been keeping a Pennies for Paris bank (as have I) but so far I think everyone else has abandoned this venture. Now that Jenna is pregnant with my 3rd grandchild (something I did not factor in last year when dreaming this adventure up)we may have tweek the travel date a bit....but since we still haven't set a date, guess that is ok!

Hot Monday in Texas

...and don't you wish it was a cool spring day in Paris? We can gaze at this marvelous picture I found and pretend we are 4,926 miles away in Paris (yes, this is the actual mileage - I searched it online!)What should we have for lunch in our daydream? Let's pretend we are at a sidewalk cafe eating salad, soup and their amazing bread...I can almost smell the chocolate almond croissants baking in the oven for dessert! Have a wonderful day in La La Land!

I love Paris!

What do you guys think of wearing this on the plane to Paris next spring? I guess that would create quite a stir, maybe we shouldn't! I must admit I do daydream about going to Paris and have started my "Pennies for Paris" fund in the hopes that our dream does become a reality. Life is so short, we need something to look forward to and that something should be WONDERFUL...like springtime in Paris.
